You will love how convenient you are to all things in Cincinnati in this central location right off exit 9 of I-71, close to Oakley, Kenwood, and Mariemont. The ranch home is well-maintained and clean. It offers open concept living and a beautiful large yard in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for small families and snowbirds.

The space
Ranch living at its finest with two step entry into the home. A front door ramp can be made available by special request. The two main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house for privacy and each is equipped with a smart TV. It is easy for groups to get ready here with 1.5 bathrooms plus mirrors and vanity space in each bedroom. There is dedicated office space with high speed cable and internet to work in a quiet space if needed. Enjoy all the seasons here at Turtle Ranch. In the summer, grill out on the back patio and play in the well landscaped, partially fenced backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee in the breezeway. Plan a winter staycation and enjoy our gaming basement with ping pong, darts, pop-a-shot, giant jenga, retro video game console, and more. You will love everything our property has to offer and all that is close nearby. Spend time exploring, not driving!

Full access to house and amenities with self check in. Attached single car garage and storage room in the basement are not available to guests.

Other things to note
The neighborhood is a quiet residential area with a mix of single family homes and a new luxury apartment complex nearby. We are walkable to the Medpace campus, which includes Element Eatery (food hall with events), Alara (fine dining restaurant), Zingaro (Italian by celeb chef Fabio Viviani), and Summit Hotel (great brunch and rooftop bar). There is an elementary school on our street with playgrounds accessible during non-school days. Adjacent intersection can be busy at times as it is three lights away from the I-71 entrance. Also, the lot across the street has ongoing construction of a few townhomes being built. We will come by Tuesday evenings to take trash cans to the curb. If grass needs cut, we will provide advance notice. As of March 306, outdoor couch and grill are back outside for the season.
