Situated a stone's throw from Margate's long stretch of beach, the flat has a unique high ceiling turret, lots of natural light, and the best views of sunset and sunrise. Located in the desirable Cliftonville area and just off the Viking trail, free off-road parking and a short walk to Old Town, Botany Bay and Northdown road.

Other things to note
This is a 4th floor top floor flat and unfortunately there is no lift. Please consider this if you have buggies or have trouble walking. Not for the elderly or heavily pregnant.
