This modern and stylish accommodation is located just outside the city of Naples, in a quiet neighborhood, with the local train station just a 5-minute walk away!
Your host will be there to welcome you in person, for a truly Neapolitan experience!
The space
This accommodation has two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.
Each room features:
160x190 beds with 24cm mattresses
reading lights
USB and MiniUSB ports
air conditioning
Wi-Fi and Ethernet internet

and spacious balconies with plants and lighting, offering views of the cone of Mount Vesuvius or the hills of Naples.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, heating, soft towels, a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, and a beauty kit. Each bathroom has a window for ventilation and natural light.
The common area includes a small corner for preparing breakfast or a light meal, equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. All kitchen utensils are provided, but for safety reasons, there is no stove.
An additional room is available with a table, chairs, and a balcony, where a fifth single bed (90x190) can be set up.
Another single bed can be set up in the second double bedroom.
Single beds are provided only upon request prior to arrival.
Filtered water, coffee, and tea are available.
The entire apartment is very bright and spacious (approximately 90 square meters), is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest, and was renovated in February 2026.
Brochures and local guides are available at the entrance. You will receive a guide written by me to help you plan your outings.
I enjoy organizing trips, transfers, and excursions, as well as cooking classes, dinners, and aperitifs with my guests in spectacular locations. Just ask!

-> For reservations for two people, only one double bed (two places) will be prepared. For an additional bed, there is a supplement of €45.00 (one-time charge).
-> Parking is available, but it is not very large. It must be requested at the time of booking.
-> Early and late check-in is available but only upon request and at an additional cost.
-> Due to the presence of 5-6 steps at the entrance and the small size of the doors, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The accommodation is located in a building from the 1970s, where there are also other apartments. It is located on the third floor, served by an elevator.
The entrance is on the front of a historic, narrow, uncrowded street.

The apartment is located in a very populated area. Although there may be some normal noise from both guests and neighbors, parties and events are still prohibited! do not knock or disturb neighbors!
