Tucked into our quiet family-run tree farm, this private tent site offers a peaceful countryside escape just ~30 minutes from Beaver Stadium and Pennsylvania State University—close enough for game day, far enough to truly unwind.

Whether you're visiting for a Penn State weekend, staying as overflow for our A-frame, or just craving a slower pace, this is a stay that feels both simple and special.

The space
🏕 The Space

The tent features a queen memory foam mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep under canvas.

👉 Please note: Guests bring their own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets, or sleeping bags). This keeps things simple and flexible for your stay.

Your private campsite includes:

- Fire pit (first bundle of firewood included)
- Picnic table + Adirondack chairs
- Private portapot (clean, maintained, and just for your group)
- Partially fenced pasture setting (open on pond side)

In colder months, a propane heater with one tank is provided to take the chill off. We still recommend dressing and packing appropriately for the weather, as this is a canvas tent experience.

🐴 Meet Blueberry

One of the most unique parts of your stay—your tent borders a pasture where our very friendly miniature horse, Blueberry, lives.

Guests love starting their mornings with coffee by the fence and ending the day watching him graze. It’s a simple, memorable experience—especially for kids (and honestly, adults too).
