The space
When you stay in our beautiful new two-story home, you will enjoy a variety of sleeping options with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 set of full/twin bunk beds, and 2 twin beds. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax in our spacious living room or second floor loft. All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with SMART TVs so you enjoy programs via Spectrum Cable TV or access your favorite streaming app. Kids of all ages will love the themed bedroom decors including Pirates and Tropical Despicable Me Minions! If work is required during your stay there are 2 desk spaces in the loft and reliable wifi to connect all your devices. The kitchen is fully-stocked, complete with all the housewares needed to cook your favorite meals during your stay. We even provide a start pack of coffee pods to start your morning right! The enclosed private outdoor space features a covered lanai, seating area and private pool. For families with little ones, we provide a pack-n-play. The pool deck also features a safety gate to help control access to the pool. Guests will have access to private parking spaces in the driveway.

Other things to note
A starter pack of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only.
PRE-CHECK IN: To make your experience with us as seamless as possible, we do require a pre-check in via a link that is sent through Airbnb. This will allow you to view the house guidebook and request additional amenities such as pool heat, early check-in, and/or a late check-out!
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Bagged trash only will be picked up.
PACKAGE DELIVERY:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages.
POOL HEAT: Pool heat is an optional amenity that can be purchased in advance for $30/day for your whole stay and the pool will be set to 90F.
