Our cozy and inviting home welcomes you to relax and unwind at your leisure. Whether you’re lounging in the living room, that features a toasty pellet stove, large LoveSac sectional, and Smart TV, or cooking in the spacious kitchen to suit your culinary needs, you will find your comfort in our home. There are three bedrooms in the home, with one including a twin over a queen bunkbed, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed to lay and watch television on the 65-inch Smart TV with a bathroom attached, and a bedroom downstairs with a queen-sized bed for your own quiet escape. To start your day off right, wake up to the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker with Keurig coffee pods, creamer, & sugar to which we provide (there’s also a French press, hot water kettle, and drip coffee maker).
While you’re here, indulge in a luxurious spa experience in the upstairs steam room shower, including an oversized bathtub. Enjoy the hot steam with our complimentary steam tablets to help you relax and rejuvenate or soak in the oversized bathtub with a scoop of bath salts provided to relieve stress and tensions in your body. Allow yourself to unwind and step out feeling refreshed and revitalized. In the basement, you will find an over-sized shower with a bench and two different water streaming settings.
To continue with your relaxation, step outside to our back patio deck. Our home boasts a large, covered patio deck with a 6-person patio table and chairs with a small fire pit in the center of the table, perfect for enjoying Colorado weather, as well as a convenient dog run and beautifully maintained yard. For the grill master, we have a large BBQ to cook upon. Forgot ingredients or necessities? Don’t worry, you’ll find a King Soopers around the corner along with a Walgreen’s and gas station a block away, making it easy to stock up on the essentials. Need somewhere to park the RV or trailer? There’s plenty of side streets next to the house where you can park and not worry! For laundry needs, the included washer and dryer in the basement come with detergent and dryer sheets to make laundry a breeze. *Brand new washer & dryer installed March 2025. Have an event to go to and your outfit is wrinkled from being stuffed in a suitcase? We have an ironing board and iron to make sure you look your best. When you stay in our home, we want you to avoid stress and decompress!
Our home is perfect for hosting your family or friends, or to simply enjoy a peaceful evening in. You’ll find games in the cabinet underneath the kitchen table, and in the basement, you’ll find our movie room complete with a wet bar, full-sized fridge/freezer, and countertop seating to enjoy refreshments. Kick back on the large sectional and watch a movie with the projector and movie screen while eating some popcorn. You deserve it! The surround-sound system in the movie room will make you feel like you’re there in the action and provide a complete movie experience.

Access available to full home except for the garage. If garage space is needed, that can be negotiated if available.
Other things to note
There are light switches with dimmers on them and can be easy to slide down without realizing, so please be sure to check to see if they got slid down when it seems the lights aren’t working. There's a manual on the coffee table that explains how to operate features in the home as well as local recommendations.
*There is a garage door keypad with a camera in the keypad that faces driveway and road for safety purposes.
**We are working to add a fireplace in the movie room as a new amenity coming soon.
***While we do allow dogs, we do ask to keep them off the furniture, particularly the LoveSac couch in the living room just due to that style being discontinued - so if it were damaged the entire set would need replaced.
