Charming flat for 4 persons located in Downtown – in a coolest neighborhood - Intendente, located in a 18th century building.Close to subway and tram 28 stops, great view over Lisbon. The flat has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with all amnenities that you need for your stay!

The space
Located in the heart of Intendente/Mouraria neighborhood, that is one of the trendiest and coolest neighborhood in downtown Lisbon. This area has been undergoing tremendous renovations and in the last few years has seen its historic buildings converted into smart shops, cafes and bars. The area also attract young artists and young families that chose to live in this neighborhood due its central location.

Mouraria/Intedente is located next to Alfama and Baixa, and nearby you have everything you need to have a excellent stay, from restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and Fado houses.

The flat is on the 4th floor of a renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout most of the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons.

The apartment is spacious with 97 spm and it is decorated in a contemporary style. Offers 2 bedrooms (one with tremendous view over Lisbon rooftops) with double beds; a living room; one bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, TV, air conditioning and has free wifi throughout the house.

It can accommodate up to 4 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it).

Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest.

You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay.
