Bright and airy second-floor apartment located steps from the heart of Roscoe Village. Newly renovated and in pristine condition, the apartment is ideal for two people. The brand-new kitchen is perfect for cooking and stocked with essentials. Close to excellent neighborhood bars and restaurants, the apartment is situated off a quiet tree-lined street. The bus stops nearby, and a short walk to Starbucks, Target, the CTA Brown line train to the Loop, and a 30-minute walk to Wrigley Field.

The space
Built in 1911, the first floor of the building was originally a butcher and grocery, and the business owner would have lived upstairs. The second-floor apartment overlooks the back garden and the original carriage house.

Fun fact: Our upstairs second floor on the Damen side of the building was a filming location for the Kevin Bacon thriller, Stir of Echos. Ask us about it!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the back porch. Accessed via the back garden, the garden and garage are not for guest use. Located on the second floor and up a tall flight of stairs, we regret that this apartment is not suitable for those with mobility impairments.
