• No parties, no outdoor speakers. Lake Arrowhead enforces strict quiet hours—keep voices and music low.
• No pets. We love animals, just not the allergy fallout.

Winter advisory
• Expect snow, ice, and the odd power or internet hiccup.
• We supply shovels & ice-melt; you bring chains or AWD/4WD.
• Decks and stairs get slick—watch your footing.

Snowdrift Tubing Park – Dedicated lanes for kids and adults; pure downhill joy, zero hike-back fatigue.

San Bernardino Land Trust sled hill – Free, open slopes on N. Grass Valley Rd. Look for the golf course on your right, then a small parking lot on the left just past the flagpoles and Land Trust sign.

Snow Valley Ski Resort (sled option) – Buy a ~$30 combo ticket that includes a sled and lift ride to the top, then coast all the way down.

Snow Valley Ski Resort (ski/board option) – Full mountain experience only 30 minutes from the cabin in normal conditions.

SkyPark at Santa’s Village – A family playground packed with year-round kid activities (think zip lines, biking, holiday lights).

Lake Arrowhead's highly coveted and tranquil North Shore neighborhood is lined with beautiful homes, and tucked away from some of the more touristy parts of the Lake. However our cabin is a convenient 5 minute drive to Blue Jay Village(grocery store, starbucks, rite aid and restaurants) a 10 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead village. Here you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, and more! Snow Valley, SkyPark and Lake Gregory are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities year round.
