Get some R&R, BBQ, hangout, roast marshmallows in the big fire pit, and take advantage of the private neighborhood boat ramp and lakes for fishing, boating and paddle boarding! The space
Semi wooded lot, close to Lake Conroe and a private neighborhood boat ramp less than a mile away. This place is perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The house is on 1/2 an acre and has a huge area to have a bbq, hangout or celebrate a special occasion. Outdoor lights create a beautiful ambience for all to enjoy as show on the pictures!

We are Five minutes from the Lake Conroe Marina and boardwalk where you can grab a bite and get connected with boating companies for activities and fun!
