This cozy home is a peaceful and friendly gated community with a community pool and spa. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office with a day bed, and a loft that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The home is gated with spacious backyard, garage for 2 cars, patio furniture, and a BBQ. You will enjoy easy access from this centrally located place specifically to Agua Caliente Casino, Acrisure Arena, Classic club golf course, and many more. It also has solar power backup with 2 Tesla batteries.

Palm Desert is a vibrant evolving city and a fast-growing region in southern California near Palm Springs. Home of country clubs, golf courses, and shops. In the center, the Shops on El Paseo feature designer boutiques, plus restaurants and art galleries. The Living Desert Zoo & Garden shelters desert-dwelling wildlife, including cheetahs and camels from around the world. Shows at the McCallum Theatre span music, comedy, dance, and drama.

The house is ideally located close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and attractions. It is an 8-minute drive going to Agua Caliente Resorts and Casino and 15 minutes drive to the new Acrisure Arena. It is also located 23 minutes outside Palm Springs Airport. The home can be easily reached by car, rideshare (Uber | Lyft), or taxi. The space features ample free driveway space!
