Palm Desert is a vibrant evolving city and a fast-growing region in southern California near Palm Springs. Home of country clubs, golf courses, and shops. In the center, the Shops on El Paseo feature designer boutiques, plus restaurants and art galleries. The Living Desert Zoo & Garden shelters desert-dwelling wildlife, including cheetahs and camels from around the world. Shows at the McCallum Theatre span music, comedy, dance, and drama.

The house is ideally located close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and attractions. It is an 8-minute drive going to Agua Caliente Resorts and Casino and 15 minutes drive to the new Acrisure Arena.
