This unique 850sf 2 bed, 1 bath cottage located on Morgan Bay sits on 1.75 acres, is 10’ from the water’s edge & includes a newly renovated kitchen. Facing West, this has the conveniences of a modern home with a patio deck & ocean views on 3 sides of the cottage. There's lots of wooded space for exploration & recreation. Sunsets are not to be missed! A beautiful rocky shoreline of 440’ eases into a lovely beach where you may see sea life such as star fish, urchins, great blue heron, & porpoises.

The space
The master bedroom has a window facing the ocean, a cozy place with a great view of the sunset. One of the unique features of this cottage is the outdoor shower built into the ledge under the deck. Kayak and small boat trips are available locally at additional costs.
