Steps from the Sea of Cortez, our colorful 2BR/2BA, 3-story villa is walkable to 3 pools, the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, rooftop bars, golf, spa, pharmacy, markets, shops & more. Please note: The 2nd master suite has no interior access and is reached only by the private exterior staircase. Enjoy its private terrace plus a rooftop patio with beautiful ocean views. One pet allowed ($100 fee).
The space
The tastefully designed interior blends contemporary function with rustic, Mexican charm to create an elegant and colorful experience.
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a spacious and open living area, complete with natural light pouring in through the large windows. The living room is furnished with roomy sofas that provide ample seating for you and your guests to relax. The walls throughout are decorated with charming local artwork and accent pieces that add a personal touch to the space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining area, with seating for up to six, is perfect for entertaining and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends.
The private master suite sits on the second floor opening up to a private patio and includes a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a shower. The secondary bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-size bed with a full bathroom adjacent to the room.
Three outdoor patios, one on each floor, are perfect for enjoying the warm Mexican sunshine and views while sipping cocktails and listening to the soothing sound of the nearby waves crashing onto the beach. Patios are furnished with various outdoor seating and a table that seats six, making them ideal for alfresco dining.
We also provide complimentary water, his/her bikes, and some water toys available for use during your stay!
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the home, including 3x private outdoor patios.
Guests will also have access to community amenities, including three swimming pools, numerous restaurants, and shops - all within walking distance. Beach access is also just a short stroll away.
There are many outdoor activities in the area, including golfing, hiking, boating excursions, and more.
Other things to note
- Fire pit is non-operational due for safety reasons.
- BBQ requires manual lighting via a lighter as the starter doesn't work.
- Complimentary filtered water is provided for guest use. Once empty, guests will need to purchase their own.
- Some water toys are provided for guest use such as boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and a tube for floating.
