Nice place in the woods, gas and restaurant/bar next door. Trail access in the warm month's for ATVs and in the winter for snowmobiles from the front door. Convenient location for your UP adventures!

The space
This is a single-wide mobile home. It features a full kitchen and dining area. Living room area with multiple chairs and a couch. Along with a TV and DVDs available for use along with games and books. There is one bathroom available and two bedrooms.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

Other things to note
There is very little cell service available in the UP and in this location. If you have any service other than AT&T or T-Mobile, you will most likely not have any service. Wifi may be available but is not guaranteed.

Please remember that the property is located in the UP in a wooded location so there will be bugs.

Property is located behind a private residence and garage. Please follow check-in instructions to find property.

We are dog friendly (additional pet fee) Dogs must be crated if let unattended. You must also list your dog in the reservation so that our cleaners know to allow more time when you check out. If you fail to do so, an extra fee may apply on top of the $75 pet fee. Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture if excess hair is found on furniture requiring a deep clean an additional fee may apply.
