building accessible by elevator.

right next to the vibrant Central Business
District of Baguio. Trancoville is a central
location which gives you easy access to
shops, restaurants, parks & night life.

Guest access
The property is located at Trancoville area
which is 5-10 min. ride to City proper.
From the property 3 min. walk to the main
road with an easy access to the E-jeepney's,
regular jeepneys and taxis around the city
center.

E-JEEPNEYS/REGULAR JEEPNEYS ROUTE:
(From Trancoville area where the property is
located going through St. Louis University,
Baguio Cathedral, Session road, SM Baguio,
public market and near Burnham park
Night market.)
