Wow factor- this stunning spacious, 3 bedroom house is perfect for families - filled with beautiful furniture, comfortable linens and a view that will leave you breathless. Each bedroom walks out to the infinity pool deck with the master wing having its own private deck with lounger, outdoor shower, and huge ensuite bathroom. Large open-concept living room and gourmet chef kitchen with oversized island has plenty of seating and ocean views. Outdoor kitchen w Napoleon bbq, bar fridge and sink

The space
This is our private home with many delicate antiques We encourage mature and very responsible renters only in our space that can appreciate sharing our beautiful things , enjoying their relaxation with incredible views and respecting our home. Kindly follow the rules for kitchen, bbq, appliances, and bathrooms. No parties or events are accepted. This is an Eco chic resort using eco friendly products and on a septic system. All toilet paper and hygiene products must go into waste baskets.
Also weekly cleaning to keep the home as meticulous as you find it is essential at a very affordable additional price by our very trustworthy housekeeper. She can also prepare meals at additional costs.

Guest access
This house is on the top terrace of a large property with other rentals on lower terraces. Guests have exclusive use of the entire top terrace that includes the house, infinity pool, outdoor decks, grass area. No fireworks permitted please.
The yoga studio could be used after discussion with us as it is not included with the house rental.

Other things to note
We have a trustworthy housekeeper who will come weekly to clean She can also offer breakfast and laundry services. This is at an additional but very reasonable cost.
Also for monthly bookings we ask that electricity, water and wifi costs are extra. AC usage can be expensive in Costa Rica - we work hard to be as Eco as possible and while we want our guests to be comfortable we also encourage conscious consumption-
We are on a Septic system as all of the country and ask that no paper of any kind be used in toilets here.
We are on a magnificent hill top but has a steep concrete road to reach the top. A 4 x 4 is not required. There is a dirt road winding into the development which is well maintained and easy to drive.

Where you’ll be

Tamarindo, Provincia de Guanacaste, Costa Rica

5 min to small town of Villa Real with grocery store, bars and restaurants. 12 min to Tamarindo surf town with beach. Shops, dining and many cute boutiques for shopping. This is a community of many different expats and locals and ask for respect in using the road, and keeping noise levels down past 8 pm. We also have other rentals with families on the property so honouring respectful music levels is key. No parties please.
