Our luxury apartment was inspired by Japanese business hotels, and features a stunning view of the Saigon river and city skyline, including fireworks on special occasions. Smart toilets and Japanese-inspired hospitality provide a unique experience. Enjoy a gorgeous view of the pool and sky from the living room as well as all other bedrooms. The space
The unique rock wall design with green Japanese botanical concept is what made this house unique. It is the largest 2 bed-room apartment unit in Vietnam in terms of the foot print area, so you don't have to worry about space here at all :)

The triathlon swimming pool, gym is only for long term residents (face ID) and not part of the amenities listed

Other things to note
Please always bring the key card with you to access the lift and gates
We do not provide room service, as we are just a humble homestay, not a hotel with enough human resource to do so. We encourage our guest to be independent in keeping your rental reasonable clean.
If you wish to book a maid to come over for cleaning, the fee is $15/ time, any extra towel is $5 and please kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
We provide enough towels based on the bookiny's headcount and encourage sustainability practice by recycling the towels (we have washing machine and drying hanger bars for you in the laundry area).
Please do not wear your swim suit in the lobby of the building, there is changing room by the pool. (This is a cultural thing, please kindly follow).
For all stays, we need to register your information to the local authorities, please share us your passport pictures before arrival ^^ Otherwise, any violation will lead to deportation and a fine of $200/pax
