The space
The guest room was originally the private room for a family head of the house. This size is twelve tatami mats i (about 22 square meter) . Enjoy the soft touch of real tatami mats when stepping on. On very cold days, we'll welcome you with traditional Hibachi which worms your hands by charcoal fire (not cooking stove). Sometimes you may have a "small visitor" in Summer.

「鎌倉の古民家に住む」 It was almost 20 years ago that I had such a vague dream.I saw an ancient house called R-Old FURNITURE in a magazine that was renovated into an ancient house right next to the Enoden track, and I was shocked by its different air feeling. At that time, my favorite artist moved to Kamakura, and Kamakura was the city I wanted to live in one day. Nevertheless, at the time, I went to the center of the city, and I was in the heart of the city. There was also a convenience for a family job and a child's school, so I didn't really expect a dream. After that, it took a while, but the coincidental and inevitably weavers made my dreams come true. If you can, it will be a wonderful house to yourself.I hope you can enjoy the old Japanese house as it is in Kamakura.
