If you're visiting Cheltenham, stay in our beautiful room with an en-suite bathroom, queen-sized bed, and 32" TV with SmartTV. You'll find everything you need, including a fridge, coffee maker, and work/make-up station. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Great location: 10-min walk to festival centre & short taxi to the racecourse and train station. EV charging is available by prior arrangement.

Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of Cheltenham! This stunning room offers all the amenities you could ask for, with a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV with SmartBox and a fridge and coffee maker within easy reach. You'll also find plenty of hanging space for clothes and a work desk or make-up station - perfect if you need some time away.
This accommodation is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Cheltenham's vibrant festival centre and an equally short taxi ride away from the famous racecourse. You can also quickly get to the train station on foot (10 minutes) or by cab (3 minutes).
There is plenty of safe parking on Tivoli Road outside the property. Please do not park on the drive without prior arrangements. We have an EV Charging point that can be used at an extra cost if arranged in advance.
