GREAT location, just steps from beautiful sandy beaches. It's an ideal spot to vacation with a few couples or families- sleeps up to 16 people with over 3000 sq. feet of indoor space. We are right around the corner from Blue Water Dunes beach (Less than 2 min walk) You will LOVE the sunsets! Warm up in our new sauna and hot tub!

Our 4 +1 bedroom year round cottage is cozy, yet spacious and sleeps up to 16 guests. It's a great place to host up to 3 families or a group of friends.

-> Upper Level: Includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms- 2 of the bedrooms have walk-out to a beautiful deck surrounded by trees. Master bedroom has an ensuite, and TV.

-> Main Level: Large, bright kitchen and living room with a double-sided fireplace, pool table and bar area, laundry room, TV area with a comfy sectional couch & fireplace, plus walk-out to the backyard and deck.

->Backyard: Dining table for 10 + guests to eat a great meal, under beautiful white lights, a gas BBQ, fire pit and private, wooded yard. Also enjoy the hot tub, sauna or fire pit year round!

-> Lower Level: Spacious 4th bedroom, with a bunk bed and 2 queen beds, full bathroom with bathtub.

-->Basement: Great playroom/Rec room for kids to play, watch a movie or for adults to do a workout! Comfy couch with a pull-out bed, TV, and spacious carpeted area that'll keep your kids busy for hours on rainy days. They will enjoy the foosball table, Wii console and closet full of toys!

-> Front Yard: Driveway fits up to 8 cars, or provides a great space for bouncing a basketball or drawing with sidewalk chalk. We are on a quiet street with very few cars passing by.

***Tennis Courts are nearby and available for use! Tennis racquets for 4 and balls are provided.

***Bring your bikes or use a couple that we will leave for you. It's a wonderful place for family bike rides.

***Pack & Play Crib & high chair available.

***Wagon, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella provided.

***Wifi & Netflix are available and connected to 3 TVs.
