Vacation rentals with lake access in Tiny

It was a pleasure staying at the Sixth Great Lake, we have a wonderful time. I think you have a wonderful location there and your amazing and accommodations really made our stay relaxing and memorable. Tetyana was great at communication and responsive before and during our stay. The place is very spacious, clean, well maintained and has all listed amenities . I would highly recommend.

This Airbnb listing is a true gem! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful riverfront property to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday with our family. The highlight of our trip was the amazing fishing experience—we caught so many fish right off the dock. Our son even caught a bullfrog in the tall grass, adding to the adventure. The sauna was a wonderful touch! We loved the experience of warming up in the sauna and then taking a refreshing dip in the river. The paddle boards provided lots of fun for our family, and the kids were thrilled with the variety of outdoor games. The bonfire area was perfect for making s'mores and relaxing in the evenings. This place is a blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Highly recommend this oasis for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway. Thank you, Amanda and Joe, for being such wonderful hosts and making our stay truly memorable. We cherished every moment and can’t wait to return!

Brett was an awesome host. Was always super responsive and helpful. His cottage was such a relaxing time for my family and I. The backyard was very private and great for my dog to run around in. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and using the fire pit!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. The place is filled with love of Pirabakaran, we can feel the efforts on all the items and supplies he provides to make our living experience way much easier and nicer. The house and space are nice and comfortable, recommended for having a relaxing lakefront cottage/house getaway with the people you love. amenities are good: kayak, floating, fire pit, huge lakefront backyard, bbq grill, pool table, darts, big living and dining area

We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

Leah’s cottage is exactly as described. We were a group of 6 and we all had lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to prepare a nice family meal. The property is well kept and has beautiful views of the lake. There are lots of trails in the area to hike and restaurants and shops in nearby Port Carling. We have rented many cottages over the years and quite a few in this general area. This is the first property we have rented that was as advertised and didn’t give us any undesirable surprises. Thank you Leah for sharing your lovely cottage with us for our Thanksgiving weekend!

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable. It was so close to the beach & lots of cute outdoor areas to relax no matter what the weather. Above all, Cathy was the perfect hostess. We loved our stay.

An amazing and beautiful little Gem,In a fantastic location. The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Including bathrobes and slippers for the hot tub. This was our second stay at Peggy’s and we definitely will stay there again. It’s clean & well stocked with everything we would need. Peggy is wonderful to deal with and a great host. The location is perfect for what we need. The property is beautiful. Nothing negative about it.

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

Hands down one of the best Airs I’ve stayed at in Ontario outside of a big city (and I’ve stayed at many). Hosts clearly take pride in their spaces and enjoy making it beautiful and comfy beyond what I’d expect for the price point. Lots of goodies including freshly baked bread and cookies, a bottle of wine (which I unfortunately couldn’t enjoy), and toiletries. Very clear instructions, responsive, professional. I was here to work so I didn’t get to enjoy the surrounds, but it’s close to downtown and a short drive from all the good stuff. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in town!

Wow what a treat it was to stay here! We found this spot so charming, cosy, and you cannot beat the view from the living room. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to unwind in a peaceful spot.

It is very suitable for ski lovers to live here, very close to the ski slopes. The landlord is very nice, very good choice！！！

My group and I had an excellent stay at the cottage. The lake is beautiful and the property is as well; inside and out. The location is quiet, yet not too secluded, making the overall experience very peaceful. The home was also very clean, functional, and had even more amenities than we were even expecting! Our stay at the cottage was nothing short of magical. The location is perfect—right on the edge of a serene lake, offering breathtaking views every morning. We loved sitting on the deck with our coffee, watching the sunrise. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The interior was a blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, making it a perfect retreat from our busy lives. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace, listening to the sounds of nature all around us. Being so close to the water, we took full advantage of the boating , canoe and the kids had a blast swimming in the clear, refreshing lake. The private dock was a great spot for reading and soaking up the sun. The Leah and Austin were fantastic, providing clear communication . We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

This cottage is an absolute gem. We had the best time, as did our golden retriever, by far one of his funnest weekends ever!!! The sandy beach was perfect for him. We loved the docks, kayaks, row boat, paddle board, all so fun and peaceful on the calm lake. The cottage was in a great location, easy to find. The inside of the cottage was so cozy. Minden is so close and such a cute town. Thank you!!!

Lived our stay would stay again!

Our stay at Amanda & Ryan's cottage was a long weekend away for five women. It was peaceful and quiet. The neighbourhood is very serene and also close to Orillia for anything you need. The views were amazing. The cottage was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. We felt comfortable and right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Amanda was very communicative and kind. Would recommend for a ladies weekend or families.

We had the best summer before school starts , thanks to Henry’s cottage! There lots to do, campfire, kayak, boating etc. We love the jetty by the lake and we have coffee there every morning!!! The backyard is so spacious it has the playground that kids have plenty of stuff to do! The place is very quiet at night! We also love the bedrooms and it has no problems accomodating our family plus two more. We have a good experience here and Henry is very responsive on our concerns and questions! We will definitely come back !! Thanks!!!
