• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets permitted.
• Safety & Privacy: No outside visitors are allowed.
To ensure the safety of all guests, any unauthorized person entering the house will automatically be charged an Extra Guest Fee of ₱500.
• Energy Monitoring: Please turn off the air conditioning and all appliances when leaving the house.
• Room Rates: Access to an additional room requires a separate payment of ₱1,000 per night.
• Care for Property: Please treat the furnishings and appliances with care.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: ₱100 per hour (subject to availability and existing bookings).
