Very large private lot. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, one block away from the only sandy beach in Campbell River. All amenities are not more than 5 minutes away! The tiny house is very cozy and well heated even when it's cold outside. It's got everything you need for a short, or longer stay!

The space
This tiny house is amazing and has everything you need. It feels spacious the minute you step in. There is a couch area to relax and a table with two stools by a big picture window. The kitchen has a full size gas stove and everything you need to cook an excellent meal. The bathroom has a small, but spacious shower and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a very comfy bed, with windows all around it.

There is a lot of windows which makes it very bright and lets you see the trees around the tiny house. Blinds are mounted on every window.

The tiny house is located on a large half an acre lot you have all for yourself. It is surrounded by a trees and a creek, which makes it relaxing. Lots of eagles and wildlife as it is a block away from the ocean. There is a firepit you are welcome to use and a semi-enclosed outside patio for your morning coffee.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet neighborhood situated right by the beautiful sandy Stories Beach. The lot is large and surrounded by nature. Lots of eagles around to watch from the comfort of the tiny home! We are located only 5 mins drive along the ocean to the closest amenities in Willow Point where there is plenty to offer. Continue another 8 minutes and you’ll be right downtown Campbell River.
