Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

The space
The accommodation is next to our house on a large meadow. The Tiny House was built with love from solid wood and has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a washing machine and a nice outside seating area under the trees with a great view of our small forest and the meadow. We do not have a fence around the building.

Guest access
If you turn off the main road and into our driveway, you will drive past our house (you can already see the Tiny House on the left). Please park your car on the right in front of the warehouse next to the other cars. We have an e-charging station for electric cars, which is supplied with electricity by our own photovoltaic system on the roof when the sun is shining. You can charge your electric car for free (after arranging with us).

Other things to note
Please note: We have two dogs that are allowed to move freely on our premises and who bark to greet newcomers. If you are afraid of dogs, please let us know and we can organize contactless arrival and departure.

Where you’ll be

Baiern, Bayern, Germany

300 meters from the property there is a small bakery with Edeka. Many of the local farmers have a small shop for direct marketing. A 10-minute walk away there is the small farm cafe on the Summererhof, which also offers a large breakfast on weekends and offers a self-service farm shop with all the basic food items (noodles, pesto, eggs, etc.).
There are many great excursion destinations, hiking and cycling trails all around us. If you have any questions, my father can certainly give you a passionate cyclist a lot of tips. In case of bicycle emergencies, we are also available with a small bike workshop.
Just to give you some ideas for excursions:
- Gut Herrmannsdorf (eco-pioneer): 5 km
- Maxlrain Brewery: 11 km
- Vagen Castle from Storm of Love: 14 km
- Berg Tierpark Blindham:
- great nature lakes: Steinsee 11 km, Lauser Weier 5 km
- Nature bath Wiesmühle with delicious restaurant 6 km
- the Bavarian Sea, Lake Chiemsee: 50 km to Gstad
and much, much more to discover!

Hi I'm Tom, and I'm listing the tiny house for my parents. I grew up in the countryside in a large family here in Baiern. Even as a child, I came into contact with other cultures by traveling with my parents, exchange students and aupairs. Due to my 5 years in the US, I met many new people and things and now look forward to spending time in the beautiful municipality of Baiern again. I am interested in art, politics and especially for sports of any kind. I am very happy to live with my parents the basic idea of AirBnb and invite guests to our home country.
