Feel relaxed while soaking in a resort-feel outdoor hot tub, have your early morning coffee on the patio, or simply chill while watching Netflix inside the super cozy bedroom.

This property has a free secure parking space. It is 8km (15-30mins) away from the Davao International Airport and 9km (20-45mins) away from Sasa Wharf.

Tiny Alfred is a pre-fabricated 18sqm tiny home with the following amenities:

The house can accommodate 2pax, but we can cater up to 4pax maximum with an additional charges above, please let us know. Kids/toddlers are considered 1pax. Kindly also make us aware of any outsider visitors apart from the booked persons. (May incur extra charges)

A CCTV camera facing the exterior and parking area of the home is installed for client’s safety and owner’s surveillance. No security camera is installed in private areas such as bedroom, bathroom and tub area.

FYI: Airplane noise and some barking dogs may be a norm some nights, so if you are sensitive to noise, feel free to get disposable ear plugs inside the cabinet in the kitchen area.
