Relax with the whole family or your best pals just 7 miles from Old Town Temecula and wine country. We are centrally located just west of the I-15 fwy, and are within an hours drive from San Diego, Orange County (Disneyland) or the Palm Springs area. Spectacular views, song birds, fruit trees, and peaceful quiet nights await you in secluded Fallbrook, CA.

The space
This 4 acre family estate was constructed in the mid 1970s with the main house having a mid century modern design. As you enter through the private gate you will be welcomed by a grove of 100+ lime trees, 1 acre of grape vines, avocado and dozens of other fruit trees, and a bird sanctuary. Around the jacuzzi (in the garden) are regularly stocked bird feeders, beautiful gardens, and a huge hammock with 360 spectacular views.

At the top of the drive way you are greeted by an unrivaled view of the valley.
In the spacious main house you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 master and 2 other bedrooms, all with queen mattresses or larger. In addition to the newly renovated master bath you will find 1 more renovated full bath as well as a half bath situated between the kitchen and laundry area. The main house also features 2 living rooms, a dining room, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar with everything you would need to cook a meal and enjoy it with your family (Viking Appliances and every gadget imaginable). A private office can be found up the spiral stairs above one of the living rooms. 2 decks in the home and a bay window in the master give guest access to spectacular views. A large private shaded back yard patio, TV and bar area make a great spot to relax & enjoy the best weather in the world day and night. At night over 200 solar lights light up the evenings! TRULY MAGICAL

The private patio includes Sunbrella, outdoor living space, fire-pit table for evening enjoyment and BBQ w/outdoor bar fridge. Enjoy views of our bird sanctuary day and night around the garden jacuzzi.
