Spectacular views, fruit trees, and quiet nights await you in this converted barn in secluded Fallbrook, California. The space
This recently remodeled barn features 2 levels. The downstairs has a spacious living/dining area and full kitchen with all the essentials. This level also includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a washer and dryer.

The upstairs has its own kitchenette and mini fridge with 2 beds and a full bath, a fun "treehouse" especially for kids.

Separate 1 bedroom unit: This listing also includes a stand-alone guest suite in a separate structure on the other side of the parking area. This newly renovated space includes a king bed, kitchenette, a full bath, and also an outdoor shower. This space has its own large fenced in yard to keep pets extra secure. The entire property is fenced in but we ask to have your pets on leash if you plan to explore the property outside of the guest suite yard.


This barn shares the property with 1 other listing that is the main house. Each listing has its own private patio and grilling area with grill and fire pit table. Please reach out if interested in booking both listings on the property that can host a total of 16 guests.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire barn, upstairs and downstairs and can walk the grounds to see the fruit trees and views. Please just give space to the patio area for the other listing on the property. This listing shares the property with 1 other listing which is the MAIN HOUSE structure you will see on your right as you come up the driveway, be sure to park in the BARN parking. To access the BARN parking you will go around the loop at the top of the driveway and park in the dirt lot on the LEFT side of the BARN.

Other things to note
Because we may have other guests in the MAIN HOUSE listing be sure to keep your pets on leash when outside unless they are in the fenced in area on the guest suite side of the property. We will be asking the same of the MAIN HOUSE guests. We will let you know if you have the entire property to yourself so your dogs can roam free!
