Relax with the whole family or your best pals at this rare gem of an estate located just 7 miles from Old Town Temecula and wine country. We are centrally located just west of the I-15 fwy, and are within an hours drive from San Diego, Orange County (Disneyland) or the Palm Springs area. Spectacular views, fruit trees, and quiet nights await you in secluded Fallbrook, CA. Its' a magical escape both day and night, with 4 separate units, stunning views and sunsets.

The space
This 4 acre family estate was constructed in the mid 1970s with the main house having a mid century modern design, and the recently converted barn provides a farm house feel. This listing includes all 4 units on the property for a one-of-a-kind private getaway.

As you enter through the driveway security gate you will be welcomed by a grove of 100+ lime trees, 1 acre of grape vines, avocado, dozens of other fruit trees, and a bird sanctuary. Around the jacuzzi are regularly stocked bird feeders, gardens, and a hammock with 360 spectacular views. At the top of the drive way you are greeted by an unrivaled view of the valley.

In the spacious main house you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 master and 2 other bedrooms, all with queen mattresses or larger. On top of the master bath you will find 1 more full bath as well as a half bath situated between the kitchen and laundry area. The main house also features 2 living rooms, a dining room, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar with everything you would need to cook a meal and enjoy it with your family (Viking Appliances and every gadget imaginable). A private office can be found up the spiral stairs above one of the living rooms. 2 decks in the home and a bay window in the master give guest access to spectacular views. A private back yard patio and bar area make a great spot to enjoy the best weather in the world day and night.

The recently remodeled barn features 2 units. The downstairs unit has a spacious living/dining area and full kitchen with all the essentials. This level also includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a washer and dryer. The upstairs unit has its own kitchenette and mini fridge with 2 beds and a full bath, a fun "treehouse" especially for kids.

The 4th unit "Peter Pan's Hideaway" is a separate structure with it's own yard area with privacy fence and an outdoor shower. This newly renovated space includes a king bed, kitchenette, and a full bath.

All units include private patios with Sunbrellas, outdoor living space, fire-pit table for evening enjoyment and BBQ. Enjoy views of our bird sanctuary day and night.

By day, wild song birds chirping around over 175 active fruit trees w/ exotic gardens surrounding the jacuzzi & outside shower. Hit nerf golfballs on our Top Golf driving range or start a family corn hole tournament.

By night over 100+ solar lights light up the 4 acre property under star filled skies. Very often you will hear the hooting of owls that live and nest in the huge wild oak trees. The jacuzzi is even more of a treat at night.
