The modern barn has two 90cm wide beds, so you can sleep together or separately. Clean outhouse in the immediate vicinity of the cabin.

The barn has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, coffee/water kettle and cold water.

You can do laundry in the house or (in summer) in the cottage.

Electric car can be charged from a power outlet max 11kW/16A, price spot + transfer 8c/kwh

The space
We are located next to a small asphalt road that runs through a small village. Possible traffic can be disturbed by the most sensitive sleep. An ideal place for a cyclist with its small roads!

The granary is nice and cozy, you can access the shower in the house or in the summer time to the hut for washing, so the basic needs are ok. A modern dry toilet is in the immediate vicinity of the barn.

The barn (approx. 15m2) does not have a TV or wifi, but a strong radio and magazines. The only window is on the door. The barn has an air source heat pump (starting July 21, 2025).

The water comes from a cold water tank (15 liters) and is just ordinary tap water that you can drink. You can get more water if requested.

The yard sauna is at your disposal from April to the end of September (depending on the listing), the barbecue hut all year round.

We also have extra accommodation in the sauna chamber in the summer with our own sleeping bag, ask for more!

If we're not home when you arrive, you'll be notified of the location of the key. Usually we are on site but by 4pm we are at home depending on shifts.

While we hope you'll let us know a day before, still ask if it's possible to stay the same day. You can do this if we're home.

Other things to note
The basic idea is to provide a place to stay - modestly but comfortably. The shower can be accessed in the house when we're home.

Please understand that you are not staying in a hotel, but in a barn in the row of yards. The closest to anything is 20 km - a great place to escape from your everyday life ❤️

We have TWO DOGS living with us, so the listing is not suitable for animal allergies or families with children.

Bed linens and sheets come for the house, as well as the final cleaning.

Check-in time is negotiable.

If you come with an electric car, charging from the power outlet (11kw/16a) requires an extension cable of about 7 meters! Price spot + transfer 8 c/kwh, cash payment.
