**YOUR EXPERIENCE ON PROPERTY**
Your remote work concerns don't exist here because the entire property is equipped with high-speed wifi: 400Mb/s + a Mesh extension that covers every corner of the house with wifi. Which means you can work from the office, kitchen, living room or backyard loungers!
What you'll notice is that each room has its own unique feel but they all invoke tranquility & relaxation. Previous guests have all raved about the atmosphere upon entering.
The master bedroom comes with a king sized breathable memory-foam mattress that you melt into, bay-windows with a quiet cozy reading nook for two with dimmable ceiling lights, built in storage closet with drawers, shelving, and clothing racks, and a mounted 42in smart tv. At night you'll love being able to control the atmosphere with the dimmable nightstand lamps to help set a perfect mood. (1) pack-and-play crib is available which is stored in the laundry area and can fit on either side of the master bed when setup so you can always be close by.
The first guest bedroom features a queen sized breathable memory-foam mattress, full length mirror, built in storage closet with shelving and clothing racks, and 56inch mounted smart tv setup. The hanging amber colored rope light & warm tones will calm the mind and center the soul when winding down.
The second guest room also includes a full size breathable memory-foam mattress, full length mirror, built in closet storage with shelving and clothing racks, a wall-mounted work desk, area rug, and a 60in mounted smart tv. The flexible space is perfect for private remote work.
When you're enjoying the living room, you'll sink right into the large 32inch deep sectional couch. Or you can get lost in one of our many book in the reading nook and then watch your favorite programming on the 70in smart tv. Here you'll also find your favorite board-games, and activities for those fun game nights.
Your experience in the backyard will be hard to match! It was designed to inspire resort style relaxation with moveable bean bag loungers, a sofa-lounge set for 6 with retractable umbrella, and a picnic table for 6. The best part is all the fun you'll have practicing your putting game on the 3-hole mini-golf green or challenging one-another in Ring-The-Bull, Corn-Hole, giant connect-4 or Giant Jenga.
If you love to cook then you'll love the kitchen! The kitchen is large and deep and comes equipped with everything you need to prep a family sized meal including large granite peninsula, 2-rack electric oven, 4 burner electric stove top, microwave, blender, wine fridge, and coffee station with drip & Nespresso pod function. The kitchen also features a hightop bar with 3 stools in direct view of the living room tv so you'll never miss a minute of your favorite show (All appliances are stainless steel). Seasonings and condiments are available but are considered community shared for all guests. All guests use these products at their own discretion.
Once your meal is ready, the dining room has a 6-person all wood dining table in a modern and warm atmosphere where you can share your days highlights with one another. This dining room is directly next to the large peninsula bar seating area for close proximity of serving family style meals without cluttering the table. The smart thermostat is also located in the dining room to keep the rooms crisp during your entire stay.
Both bathrooms have stand up showers with rainfall shower-heads that you'll absolutely fall in love with, built-in corner bench, & secondary hand-held shower-heads for convenience. In both bathrooms we provide complimentary starter sets of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. If more is required for your stay, supermarkets are only 5-mins away or you can order them to be delivered through instacart.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. You will enter through a pin-code lock front door for an easy and convenient check-in process. No guests has had issues accessing the house but if a guest ever has a problem with the door pin-code, we have a ring doorbell camera at the front door that will allows us to speak with you live remotely, if needed. This way we can troubleshoot any issues with you to access the house in real-time.
When you get settled, you'll notice a side door in the laundry room which also has a pin-code lock but this door is rarely used. In the living room you'll see the access to the backyard is via the glass sliding door. Entry to the back yard from the front of the house is located on the north side of the property through the single-gate door. The gated double doors on the south side of the property are inaccessible.
If you're bringing a car, your parking is located on property with 4 available spaces. The driveway can hold 4 standard size vehicles. There is no street parking allowed.
