The main level features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient half bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer, with easy street-level access.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing a quiet and private space to relax after a day out. The layout offers a natural separation between living and sleeping areas, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits.

The home is conveniently located just minutes from Uptown Charlotte, with easy access to the lively restaurants, breweries, and art scene of NoDa and Plaza Midwood.
