Our pet-friendly home has space for dogs, a Level 2 EV charger, and just 10 minutes from Round Top, home to the nation’s largest antique fair and 5 minutes from Diamond Oaks Ranch. Close to Festival Institute's year-round concerts and film festival. Come relax and explore — we can’t wait to host you!

The space
Our place has a Level 2 EV Charger, 2 queen beds, 2 baths, and a full kitchen with a Keurig. You can cook or just relax on the screened-in patio while taking in the serene countryside. Simple, comfortable, and easy — everything you need for a restful Round Top stay.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard area.

Pet Policy
We love welcoming dogs! Guests may bring up to two dogs per stay for a flat fee of $50. Please let us know about your pets in advance so we can note them on your reservation.

Just like when you’re traveling with young children, we ask that you stick to a few common-sense rules:
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Dogs should not be left unattended in the home.
- Please bring your own bowls and supplies for your pet.
- Kindly clean up after your dog — both indoors and outdoors.

If an unreported pet is discovered or rules are not followed, a $200 fee will apply and your stay may be ended without refund.

EV Charging
Got an EV? We love being eco-friendly, so we’ve got a Level 2 charger right here at the house. It’s just $20 for your whole stay — let us know if you’d like to use it!

Cell Service & WiFi
Sometimes cell service in the country can be a little limited, but if you connect to Wi-Fi calling you’ll be all set!

Security Cameras
For your safety and ours, there are exterior cameras at the front of the house — but rest assured, there are absolutely no cameras inside. Hosts may monitor the external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
