A convenient drive to just about anywhere in Wilmington. Recently renovated space offers a very chic & modern kitchenette, new shower, cozy bedroom space & more!

The space

We Do Not Recommend this Stay if:

-Sharing a wall is uncomfortable to you.This listing is COMPLETELY walled off but a studio space in a duplex. If you are looking for a traditional Airbnb experience we would love to have you. If you are looking for extra privacy we suggest booking an entire apartment or cottage.

The other half of this building is an additional unit, it can be rented out as a whole space if desired.

Furnishings Include:
-Mr. Cool Mini-Split AC/Heating unit. Controllable by a remote.
-Coffee bar! Keurig is available for use, including all the essentials (milk frother, creamer/coconut milk, agave, selection of syrups, and pods for both machines) for a latte and/or regular cup of joe.
-Keypad entry to your private suite.
-Some snacks and treats with several amenities provided to make you feel at home.
-A hanging stations with a couple hangers to hang garments.
-Queen sized bed with extra fresh pillows.
- A kitchenette space with a tea kettle, toaster, mini fridge, and microwave.
-Double sinks.
-Tiled shower with sliding glass door and rainfall shower system.
-Fresh and extra towels and blankets provided.
-WIFI, Netflix, free Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Apple TV are included. Firestick with other app log-ins available (no cable).
-Small heater/fan, dehumidifier, and bluetooth radio.
-Ceiling fan and desktop fan
-Foldable Beach Chairs (wooden with sling fabric)
-Small laptop friendly counter top to eat or work at.
-Guest use only - outdoor shower! Perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. Complete with rainfall shower head and handheld. One temperature only (combined temp), but perfect for pesky sand removal. This is in addition to the shower located within the suite.

Other things to note:
The kitchenette sink is only warm water (the water temps are mixed). The shades in the room are not black-out, but light filtering.

PARKING: Off street parking is located at the front of our home, parking in the driveway is for our use

Wife, artist, avid gym goer, runner, volleyball player, and dog mom/lover. My husband Chris and I were college sweethearts back in Ohio and have been married for 6+ years and together for 9+ now living in Wilmington, NC. We have two rescue pups, a six year old Great Pyrenees named Genevieve and a Saint Bernard Mix, our two year old, named Sapphira, who are our greatest pride and joy. I play in competitive beach volleyball leagues and during the evening and weekends you can usually find me on the court for hours. During the day you can find me at the gym, cleaning, or working at a coffee shop. However, you can always find Chris and I working tirelessly on improving our home and life. We spend all of our time remodeling, interior designing, and decorating in hopes of creating more places to stay, in addition to the spaces that we have designed, in the near future. We have since started our own interior Design business called Brick and Barley! Our biggest priority is to live life to the fullest and this is why Chris and I try our best to take small trips often and enjoy every small thing there is. We are big animal lovers and tv/movie buffs, and you can always quote FRIENDS with us. We also love meeting new people and dogs (but mostly dogs). Being airbnb hosts was a huge dream of ours and we are absolutely delighted to be able to fulfill that dream and pamper all of our guests. When we are traveling we always look for the best place to get dessert and we cannot wait to explore this big old world and help others do the same.
