Our Salt House on Folly has an easy, laid back feel. When you're sitting on the front screened-in porch listening to the ocean, you let go of all your cares and enjoy the relaxed Folly atmosphere.

The space
We bought this beach house to have a relaxing place to enjoy with friends and family. It is spacious yet cozy, five bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels.

Our house is one row of houses back off the beach. There are two beach access points in either direction making it just a quick two minute walk before your toes are in the sand.

The Salt House is perfect for large families, a couple of families or a group of friends.

Age of Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 24+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the other guests and our cottage.

Starter Package (listed below): Once certain items of your starter package have completely been used it is the guests responsibility to get what they need for the remaining duration of the stay.
- Seven trash bags
- One roll of paper towels
- Liquid dish soap (Refillable)
- One kitchen sponge
- Six dish towels and four dish cloths
- Seven dishwasher detergent tablets
- Liquid hand soap in each bathroom (Refillable)
- One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

No Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. If you need a puff, take a walk. Please don't toss cigarette buds in our neighbors yards…that's annoying.

Bed Linens and Bath Towels Provided: One set of king linens with four pillow cases in each bedroom, four sets of twin linens with two pillow cases each in the bunk room, bath towels, wash clothes, bath mat and a hand towel in each bathroom.

Festive Décor: Celebrating on your trip?!? Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape (ex. Command Strips) is required and all décor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damages to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to repair.

Island Vibes: WE LOVE OUR ISLAND and hope you do too so, be respectful and keep noise down between the hours of 11 P.M. and 7A.M.

In the Loop: Accidents happen. Please inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty.

Appliances and Repairs: We'll tackle issues as quickly as possible.
