This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
This is a modern style house with a beautiful view over the estuary and the sea. It is has a big yard and parking. There is a lock-up garage for a vehicle. There are beautiful indoor braai areas as everyone knows the winds blow every evening when living at the sea. There are 3 bedrooms one is on-suite and the other two share a guest bathroom with a shower and a bath. There is a separate toilet.

We have a single lock up garage for one vehicle. The property is not fenced but the area is generally really safe.

Other things to note
We are busy doing extensive landscaping and it is not done yet but will be done by end of February 2022. We, unfortunately, had to remove all the grass but we have replaced some of the grass and will plant some more end of January 2022.

Stillbaai is really safe and very beautiful. You can ride your bicycle or walk to the estuary and you will be safe.
