The space
8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with three fridge/freezers, game room, huge front yard, 4 living rooms, dining room, 2 large TVs, grand piano, plenty of parking—this is the place!

The entire property sits on 0.7 acres.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, including the attached guest apartment, the front yard, and the backyard. If parking access to the garage is requested, access will be granted via an app that guests will need to download to use.

Other things to note
As this listing already states, there is not air conditioning, which is really normal in the White Mountains. Make sure you’re comfortable sleeping with windows open and fans running before you book.

2 bedrooms are downstairs and 6 bedrooms are upstairs.

We have a propane tank for the Blackstone grill, and you’re always welcome to use what’s there, but if it runs out during your stay, it’s your responsibility to go exchange it. We don’t live locally and it’s not possible for us to guarantee it will be full for every guest. Please check when you arrive so you don’t run out while you’re preparing your dinner!
