Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home and backyard. A digital key code will be given to guest at check-in time.
Other things to note
**🌙 Quiet Hours Notice**
As much as we love a good girls’ night, local regulations require quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be sweet and respectful of our peaceful neighborhood—keep the tunes down and the laughter indoors after 10. Our neighbors (and your beauty sleep!) will thank you. 💕
**ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL**
The Pink Lasso offers a hot tub and an optional heated pool, which function differently. The hot tub is included and reaches traditional hot tub temperatures. The pool is not a hot tub and will not reach hot tub-level temperatures.
Pool heating is available October–May for $50 per day, must be added for the entire stay, and requires 24-hour advance notice. Heated pools are designed to make the water more comfortable for swimming, and temperatures may vary based on weather conditions. Same-day requests cannot be guaranteed, and heating fees are non-refundable once activated.
**RENTAL AGREEMENT**
A signed rental agreement is required in order to book this home. A separate email will be sent with instructions on how to sign.
**SECURITY DEPOSIT**
A $500 security deposit is required to reserve your stay at The Pink Lasso. This deposit helps ensure the home is well cared for during your visit and covers any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. As long as the house rules are followed and no issues are reported after checkout, the full deposit will be refunded.
