2. Since we are situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, the Baguio Silent Night Ordinance (Quiet Hours from 10PM-6AM) is strictly implemented in the area.

Let me know if you are booking for a stay with a big gathering in mind such as Christmas Parties and Late Night Sessions, we have other properties that are more secluded that you might want to consider. (But take note that the location for it might be around 15-20mins drive from the city area.)

❗️Parking is located at the GROUND FLOOR. The gated parking space can accommodate 3 cars but only 2 cars are for guests since the other slot is for our car.

❗️Please take note that the unit is located at the LOWER GROUND. It has 10 stair steps going down the unit from the Parking.

❗️Me and my family live on the Ground Floor and are always ready to welcome and assist you in case of immediate concerns.

❗️Garden is SEPARATED from the unit. It is located on the UPPER GROUND right ABOVE the parking space. But don’t worry, the garden and tree house is exclusive to you once you book the place since your group are the only guests in the whole place.
