The PineHouse Hub is a new addition to our PineHouse family. It is a modern pine-themed, Baguio-feels home with a view. Situated in a prime location right in the heart of Baguio's CBD. The PineHouse Hub is lovingly built with Cordilleran wooden home accents making it the perfect Baguio home for you, your family, and friends.

The space
The PineHouse Hub is located at City Hub Condominium - Baguio's premiere and premium, luxury condominium.

The PineHouse Hub is a 2-Bedroom unit with 130sqm space ensuring comfortable stays for medium sized groups of 6-8 guests. If you're open to staying with extra mattresses, this unit can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

Other things to note
1. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the unit and in the entire City Hub condominium. A SMOKING FEE of Php 5,000 shall be charged when not observed.

2. STRICTLY registered guests are the ONLY ones allowed to enter and access the unit, as well as City Hub's amenities and facilities.

3. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED FOR THIS UNIT. In case you want to bring your fur babies along with you, just let me and my co-hosts know, we have other homes and unit options perfect for you!

4. A noise curfew of 10PM - 5AM shall be STRICTLY observed. This is in accordance to Baguio City's 'Silent Night' Ordinance.

5. We do NOT have air-conditioning on all our units. Although, electric fans are always readily available for use.

6. City Hub's Parking space has a vertical clearance of 2.20M. It cannot accommodate high-roof vans and other vehicles with same or greater height. In case your vehicle exceeds this clearance, please let us know so we can discuss your options for parking.

7. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of Php 2,000 is required upon check-in.
