The Pedal House is a restored 1950s cottage with modern décor in Long Beach, just five blocks from the beach and two blocks from downtown. Enjoy a bicycle ride around town. Relax in the fenced yard by the fire and enjoy the calm “south of the tracks” coastal vibe with the occasional train passing. A cozy retreat close to everything.

Guests are required to sign a waiver, provide ID, and their auto insurance before using the golf cart. Pet fee applies.

A charming beach cottage offering the perfect private retreat from the day-to-day. This one-bedroom home features a spacious, fully fenced backyard and a true cottage layout with separate rooms—not a studio.

Please do not drive the golf cart behind the yard patio. It's very sandy under the large trees.
