A small granny flat turned Artist’s Loft/Expressive Arts Therapist/Tantric Dakini studio on the back of an urban property. This urban temple is Centrally located in Normal Heights.

Note: This is a working artists studio so paint, glitter, mixed media materials are not uncommon.

The space
Right off of Adams avenue within walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery.

Kitchenette equipped with mini fridge & microwave, coffee press, expresso maker, hot plate, electric skillet, blender, toaster, spices, tea, coffee, kettle, etc.

Amazon Firestick on-site to access your Amazon.

Side access to the studio with no access to the main house.

Studio itself is fully accessible to paying/registered guests.

Bed is on second floor via spiral staircase.

Other things to note
The property is at our home & the home of my furry companions. My cat’s Eros & Rika.

I have an organic garden and am lucky to host local wildlife on occasion.

No guest pets or visitors allowed without express consent of host.

The spiral staircase leads to the sleeping loft. The kitchenette, bathroom & living room are in the ground floor.

Early check in may be possible for a fee. Before 5pm $25 before 1pm $75.

Late check out may be possible for a fee. After 11am $25 after 2pm $75.
