The cottage is a dog friendly, 2 double bedroom property, (sleeps 6) part of the historic Old Stables, situated in a quiet road about 800m from both the beach and Westbourne.  The  property has recently been lovingly converted - downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area (with sofa bed) and bespoke furniture, and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (Bedroom 2 can be used as a twin/king) and a family bathroom.  There is a patio area, part of a secure courtyard.

The space
The Old Stables interior has been designed to create a relaxed and welcoming space. The private courtyard area is part of the larger original cobbled courtyard which has recently been gated to provide a more secure area for dogs and children, and is a great place for breakfast in the sun.

All parts of the holiday cottage and its' courtyard garden.

Other things to note
We often get requests for early check in and/or late checkout. It is not always possible, but please get in touch after booking to discuss and we can advise a price if we can oblige-else check in and check out times must be adhered to in order to avoid incurring extra charges. Strictly no charging of electric vehicles from our property. We have CTV and a Ring Doorbell for security. We have a lock box to ease access but may decide to meet and greet personally.

Neighborhood highlights

There are many lovely walks to the beach through the chines, which are particularly stunning in June when the rhodedendrons are in flower. The Old Stables is situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Westbourne, with its' Victorian shopping arcade (home to the smallest cinema in the world) and an array of bistros, bars, and boutiques as well as tea rooms, an artisan baker, a butcher, an art gallery and a bookshop.  There is also Marks and Spencer food hall, Tesco Extra, Boots and a Post Office.
