The space
This is a very large Hacienda style home. ( not the average cookie -cutter home design) This is an original custom built home. The guest quarters studio is to the far right hand side of the home with it's own private entrance. No shared spaces with the main home. Fully fenced private yard.

Other things to note
Studio has a separate entrance on the right side of the large home and property that is easily accessible from the street. We offer contactless check-in through a smart lock with your customized entry code. The studio is equipped with an Amazon Alexa echo pop to help control some of the lights through voice command and and listen to your favorite music. Hardwired Bluetooth soffit speakers are also available outside in the patio to enjoy your favorite music 🎶. Property is located close to the main Interstate highway for easier travel...

House that the studio is connected to is equipped with a Whirlpool whole house water filtration system. ( Reverse Osmosis ) filtered drinking water faucet is available on kitchen sink...
