HOME DETAILS:
Comfortable 5-Bedroom/2.5 Bath, 2-level sanctuary with a backyard oasis perfect for Mature Guests, Families, and Corporate Executives visiting the area. This property is located within a safe, established residential cul-de-sac community.
The Main Level: Ample seating, a spacious full kitchen with modern appliances and French doors opening to First Floor bedroom w/a King Bed for those desiring immediate access to the 1st Floor & Outdoor amenities or with limited mobility. Extended to the outdoor space is an extremely comfortable porch and spectacular backyard that includes a well-manicured lawn, deck, patio, grill, and seasonal 17’ Endless Swim Spa.
The 2nd Level:
1 King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, providing a private oasis with a sitting area, separate bath, and walk-in closet.
2 additional Queen bedrooms
1 Trundle day bed with 2 twin mattresses- no TV in this room.
Guest will need to be comfortable sharing 1 second floor full bath bath.First floor has one powder room.
For your peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor the front and rear of the property.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are accommodated for an additional fee $150, providing flexibility for your travel schedule. Please review our policy for last-minute late check-out requests to avoid any unexpected charges.
EXTRA SPACE NEEDED?
Add-on The Moroccan Cottage which is 320 square foot space for an extra $500.00. This cozy zen space is perfect to disconnect and includes a mini kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, shower, loft with a full-size futon sleeper and an outdoor cabana seating area. ** Natures Head Composting Toilet. Guess not comfortable with using the nature’s head composting toilet will need to use the bathroom in the home.
** Events/Gathering: There is a mandatory extra guest fee of $1K to host additional visitors not listed on the itinerary (during your stay).

NEST THERMOSTAT:
The thermostat is unlocked for guest to regulate the indoor temp of the home to their comfort level.
We generally keep the temp to 71 -74 degrees in this 5 bedroom home. There are thermal sensors on the varying levels of the home that help to regulate temp virtually. If windows and doors are left open etc- it throws the Nest system off and will take longer for the house to cool or heat up. The upstairs will get warm. If guests change the temp to quickly and done allow for the system to sense and cool the home- it will
also get warmer upstairs.
Please allow the system to adapt every time guest change the temp.
Keep windows and door closed.
WASHER/DRYER
Located on the basement level, Access for guest staying 4 days or more will have access when needed.
We are flexible here.
The basement level is not a private extra bedroom space for guests.
Extra linens are kept there for guest use- when guests use the basement for sleeping ALL linens in the basement will need to be rewashed. A fee of $500 fee for laundering will be assessed for professional cleaning.
Other things to note
No Smoking in home
Smoking is allowed in BACKYARD outdoor spaces. NOT on front porch.
POOL :
The Endless Swim Spa pool is an above ground pool that is 17 feet long, 8 1/2 fr wide and 4 feet deep. It can hold up to 8 -10 people (wading and relaxing). Cleanliness will be maintained and monitored by the Host before and after guest stay. Supplies are provided for guest during stay.
Please do not regulate the temp on the pool. It is already regulated remotely up.
No diving in pool it is 4 ft. Deep
No hanging on silver bar-swim current motor. It’s an expensive fix.
Do not stand on the motorized unit. It’s an expensive fix. (Roughly $1K)
No pushing down on the filters it’s an expensive fix.
There is no life guard on duty.
Adults/parents must constantly monitor their children at all times in the backyard outdoor space for adherence of rules and safety around water and fire elements.
No running near pool or on deck.
Wear shoes when in the backyard space.
Swim at your own risk
Adults should Drink responsibly when using the pool.
Monitor children at ALL TIMES when in the pool.
