GREAT ROOM
Decorated with mountain lodge furniture and comfy couches in front of the custom built fireplace, lovingly constructed from stones harvested straight from the property's creek! Our large QLED lSamsung Smart Tv, sound-bar and blu ray player is perfect for movie nights. We have several streaming services connected for your use.
KITCHEN Fully stocked with spices, oils, pots and pans and other key cooking tools, this is a kitchen for guests who LOVE to cook. Farmhouse sink, beautiful appliances, gas stove, an instapot, blender, a toaster, coffee maker, waffle-maker and dishwasher are yours to use. Coffee and tea is also available for you to enjoy. Water throughout the house is triple filtered and safe to drink.
BEDROOMS The bedrooms feature a king (primary) with a full bath ensuite, and 2 queens respectively. They are Nectar memory foam mattresses with 100% goose down comforters.
BATHROOMS The main bathroom is gorgeous and spacious with a walk-in rainshower with dual shower heads and a jetted tub for replenishing baths. The vessel sink is made from petrified wood found on the property and estimated to be 100 years old. Primary bedroom has a full bathroom with a similar shower stall. It also includes a rainfall shower head and hand-held shower.
DECK Large, Adirondack styled wrap around porch with comfy and rustic furniture. Start your morning sipping coffee here and reading a book while listening to the sound of the creek. We have a large propane BBQ grill at your service comfy patio furniture to dine outside on. Outdoor shower, sink and outdoor fridge are not available during the winter.
HOTUB Our enormous luxury hot tub will bring you to new depths of refreshment. Protected by our screened in porch, evening dips here are delightful when lit by the Spin-a-fire fireplace by it. You'd think you were in a mountain lodge in the Swiss Alps!
OUTDOORS In the full spread of spring, summer and most of the fall you will feel wonderfully secluded in the foresty glen that surrounds our home by the creek. To the left of the creek you will find carefully placed stone steps to sit by. Further down, you will find a beautiful stone slate rock formation that welcomes you to a magical small hiking trail right on the property by the creek.
There is an additional 3 acres to explore down by our creek. Beware some parts may be inaccessible due to the wild landscaping.
We do not live in the area but local help is available should emergencies arise. We respond to all calls and messages. You will need a car to get around.

Guests are required to be ID verified on the Airbnb platform. Any tampering with outdoor security cameras or doorbell camera will result in a $500 fine and termination of reservation without refund.

A car is required to get around.
The neighborhood is rural with neighbors spread amply away from each other. You will feel serenely secluded but not far from resources and help should you need it. The property is situated on 1.6 acres of land with a beautiful creek stocked with fish flowing through it. Large river stone steps have been carefully placed to visit the water, and a trail leads to the grotto and a small hiking trail by the creek that leads to 3 more acres of land to explore. In the spring and summer the trees are full and lush offering immense privacy.
Grocery stores, farmers markets and shopping is all nearby with summer and winter hiking and activities. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Kadampa Meditation Center, Ski Big Bear, Barryville, Narrowsburg, Port Jervis, Milford, LEGO Land and more are a short drive away.
