PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING. OUR SECOND BEDROOM IS A PASS THROUGH COMPUTER ROOM.

Our flat is located on Market Street. You will be less than 11 minutes from Fort Detrick and only a 9 minute walk to Nymeo Field to enjoy a baseball game. Drive 4 minutes to Baker Park. Enjoy a comfortable stay only 1/2 a mile from The Weinberg Center For The Arts. The Maryland School For The Deaf is located directly across the street.

Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or exploring Frederick’s charm, The Market Street Flat puts you in the center of it all right in Downtown Frederick. Private bedroom with Queen bed, closed Murphy bed in dedicated workspace area and a Queen pull-out sofa in living area. Great base for baseball families with Harry Grove Stadium around the corner.

Other things to note
UNIQUE LAYOUT
The computer room bedroom is a pass through room. You can use it to access the main bedroom. Or create a sense of privacy for the main bedroom by accessing the main bedroom through a door off of the long hallway, that leads into the building’s stairwell then into the main bedroom. Door code has to be entered to re-enter the long hallway from the building’s stairwell. For guest arrivals we usually keep the Murphy Bed closed. All Murphy Bed and pull out sofa bedding will be visibly available in a clear tote in the laundry closet.

There are 2 complimentary dedicated parking spots in parking area labeled #3

STAIRS
The outside steps to the flat are steep. Please bear this in mind when booking.
