Relax at Maple Hill and enjoy the peaceful view from the screened-in porch, or out of the clawfoot soaking tub window. Our 1890's farmhouse has been updated with modern amenities while holding onto the charm of its history. There are three bedrooms upstairs- an en-suite king, a spacious queen, the third with a twin and crib. Downstairs you can cook in our well-appointed kitchen, and open the french doors onto the back porches. A hammock out front for lazy country days, a fire pit out the back.

The space
Maple Hill is located on a quiet country road, perched on 12 private acres. Our farmhouse is perfect for a small family or friends looking to escape the city. You can enjoy nature while being a convenient 5-minute drive from Germantown's quaint Main Street. Explore our mowed paths and discover our tucked-away pond. Roast s'mores outside over the fire pit, or have fun playing the living room piano while the fireplace crackles in the background. Cook meals from the many farm stands' local produce and provisions nearby.

Maple Hill is the weekend home that we have long cherished for the slowdown and ease of country life with our young kids. We are excited to share it with you.

The charming town has everything you need from the delicious farm-to-table restaurant Gaskins; a cute local market called Otto's; a handful of independent shops and a wine and spirits shop. We’re less than 20 minutes from the hip town of Hudson, with wonderful restaurants and great antiquing and cultural events – as well as quaint Tivoli (Bard College), Rhinebeck, and Red Hook.
