Our beautiful North Devon holiday home is situated perfectly for beach days at Woolacombe or exploring the stunning Ilfracombe Harbour.

Every corner of our holiday home has been carefully thought out to give you the choice on how you want to holiday. Whether thats cooking in our well equipped kitchen, watching TV on our smart TVs or relaxing on the decking watching the sun set. We have tried to cater for everyones needs because we know how important it is to unwind and relax on your holiday.

Inside The Lobster Pot you will find;

🦞 A fully stocked kitchen with Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, 50/50 fridge freezer.

🦞 Lounge with large corner sofa, electric fire, Samsung Smart TV and wifi.

🦞 Dining table and six chairs

🦞 Main bathroom with shower, toilet and sink

🦞 Master bedroom with ensuite toilet and sink. Dressing table and large wardrobe.

🦞 2 x single bedrooms both with wardrobes. One twin has a smart Tv.

🦞 Hive heating system

🦞 High Chair, Travel cot, Ironing Board and Iron, Rotary line

The Lobster Pot is part of Mullacott Park, a beautiful holiday park with approx 250homes.

Onsite you will find The Depot restaurant/Pub. Onsite shop & Laundrette.

Childrens play area and giant chess board.

Crazy Golf is currently being built and an outdoor heated pool is due to start being built this year.

Access to The Lobster Pot via a Key Safe.

We are Charlotte & James and we recently bought our first holiday home The Lobster Pot. We moved to Devon in August 2022 after falling in love with this beautiful coastline. We have 2 sons, aged 15 and 11. Charlotte enjoys exercising and playing netball and James enjoys going out on his motorbike and playing snooker. We run our own property and ground maintenance business locally which we absolutely love. We cannot wait to share North Devon with you!
