📝 Once your booking is confirmed, we will be sending you a Guest Authorizarion Form (GAF) to fill up that requires your E-Signature, names of guests and valid IDs that match the guest list. This is to ensure we follow the building policies for you to access the unit.

Check-In Process
🕑 Check-in time: 5:00 PM onward, with check-out by 3:00 PM.
🕑 Late check-out fee/extended stay: ₱350.00/3hrs
🪪 A valid government-issued ID or school ID is required to be shown at the front desk. IDs to be submitted here in Airbnb chat for documentation.
👩💼 24/7 front desk or property management will greet you at arrival and assist with the check-in process.
🔒 Self check-in details will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

No Smoking
• Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or any indoor common areas.
• Please use designated outdoor smoking areas, if available, and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Noise and Conduct
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbors’ peace.
• Please avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior at all times.
Cleanliness
• Please keep the condo tidy. Dispose of trash in bins provided.
• Leaving the unit in an excessively dirty state may incur extra cleaning fees.
Cooking
• Light cooking only and always use the exhaust fan.
• Never leave cooking unattended and clean up utensils and surfaces afterward.
• Dispose of food waste properly; avoid pouring oil or grease down the sink, and avoid strong-smelling dishes or use extra ventilation.
Use of Appliances and Utilities
• Use all appliances and electronics as instructed to avoid damage or hazards.
• Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and water taps when not in use.
Safety and Security
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the condo.
• Do not share access codes, keys, or parking permits with unauthorized individuals.
Damage and Repairs
• Report any damage or malfunctions immediately.
• Guests may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs due to negligence or misuse.
Restrictions
• No illegal activities or substances are permitted on the premises.
• No alteration or removal of condo property (furniture, decorations, equipment).
