The building was well maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The unit is nice and neat, and as it is in the picture. Ralf was accommodating and very responsive to any questions. It was a real peaceful place especially if you just want a restful staycation. Thanks Ralf and to the staff for the hospitality and courteous service.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. It’s also very peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially with our frequent headcount changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The caretaker was very nice and helpful—he even offered to assist us in buying tube ice and charcoal for grilling, which we truly appreciated. We saw some previous reviews mention of smell of rust in the water, but it appears to be an issue from the water provider and is beyond the host’s control. That aside, everything else more than made up for it. The air conditioning worked great and kept the place cool despite the summer heat. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free escape. We’d love to come back again!

Our family had a great stay here! Mary Grace was very responsive; it was a bit hard to locate the place due to newly constructed area but apart from that, everything worked out great. Having it on beach front was the amazing part of it! Will definitely stay here again...

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Maria! The place is very clean & is exactly as it was described. Everything is provided too— food, internet (for 100 pesos), etc. Ms. Mary is such a good host too— very responsive & very helpful. One thing I did appreciate about the place is that there are books available for kids to read! The beach was very clean & clear waters too! We will surely go back soon. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.
